Citizens Business Bank Kicks Off With Valuable Lessons for Youth

On September 17 and 24, Living Advantage, Inc. kicked off the first sessions of our Financial Soccer Financial Literacy Workshop Series, created to help young people build stronger financial knowledge and confidence for the future.

We want to thank Inspire Together for providing a welcoming space for our youth and Citizens Business Bank for partnering with us to make these important financial lessons possible.

Financial literacy is a skill young people can use for the rest of their lives. Understanding how to save, manage money, use credit responsibly, work with financial institutions, and protect personal information can help youth make stronger decisions as they move toward adulthood and independence.

That is why attending workshops like Financial Soccer matters. These sessions give youth an opportunity to learn practical financial concepts in an engaging environment, ask questions, and gain knowledge they may not always receive in school or at home.

Each workshop builds on the last, giving participants more tools to make informed financial choices, avoid costly mistakes, and feel more confident about their financial future.

We are grateful to everyone who participated in our first session and to our partners who continue to invest in the success of young people.
