At Living Advantage, Inc., we believe true empowerment begins with education—especially financial education. On May 7th, we hosted a free hybrid V.A.L.E.™ Workshop at Manual Arts High School and on Zoom, focusing on practical money skills that our youth need to succeed.

The workshop—offering tools on how to build a budget, open first bank accounts, and understand the differences between credit unions, savings accounts, and cash apps—drew a crowd of eager students hungry to take control of their financial futures.

A key highlight of the event was our dynamic guest speaker, Jess Tirado of Citizens Business Bank, who shared real-world insight on smart banking practices and inspired attendees with his relatable, empowering message.

We had an amazing time with our foster youth during this Fourth of July weekend! 🌟

We traveled out to Hemet to meet with our girls in Riverside County, where they have the unique opportunity to learn from their adorable pet goats and bunny. Sometimes, all our girls need is for us to be there to just listen and spend time with their furry friends.
