This month, Living Advantage, Inc. hosted another Career Readiness 101 workshop focused on Completing Job Applications, Résumés and Mock Interviews.
A special thank you to Roshawn, LA, Inc.’s HR Coordinator, for joining us as our guest speaker and sharing real-world insight on what employers look for, how to present yourself professionally, and how to prepare for the job application process with confidence.
Participants were engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and took part in activities designed to help them identify their skills, build résumé bullet points, and practice answering application-style questions. The session gave youth practical tools they can use as they prepare for their first job, next opportunity, or future career path.
We are proud of everyone who showed up, participated, and took one more step toward employment readiness.
