Los Angeles, CA, June 3rd, 2026.

This National Adoption Month, Celia Center Arts is bringing artists, storytellers, performers, filmmakers, poets, and creators together in Los Angeles for a powerful celebration of creativity, healing, and lived experience.

Taking place November 13–15, 2026, the Celia Center Arts Festival will shine a light on the voices and stories within the foster care and adoption community. Through art, performance, film, poetry, and storytelling, the festival will create space for connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

Living Advantage, Inc. is excited to help share this opportunity with our community. As an organization dedicated to supporting foster and at-risk youth, we know how important it is for lived experiences to be seen, heard, and honored.

Creative expression can be a powerful tool for advocacy, awareness, and healing and this festival offers a platform for those stories to reach others.

Whether you are a professional artist, emerging creator, performer, filmmaker, poet, or storyteller, Celia Center Arts invites you to submit your work and help uplift the many perspectives connected to foster care and adoption.

Submissions opened June 1, 2026. Apply Here

We encourage our community, partners, and creative supporters to take part, share their stories, and help shine a light on the power of art to inspire understanding and change.
