🔥 What It’s All About

Career Match 2025 is not your average job fair. It’s a hands-on, student-powered experience designed to connect high schoolers with real employers offering real opportunities—relevant to what they are interested in, from part-time jobs and summer internships to mentorship and career advice.

Employers will be on-site, ready to meet you, collect resumes, and talk about what it takes to land the role—and we’ll help you match with the best fit.

👥 Who Should Attend

STUDENTS:

• Looking for a summer job, internship, or a career that actually fits

• Ready to hand off your resume and start making moves

• Have attended a V.A.L.E.™ workshop or taken our aptitude test (bonus: we can match you to jobs based on your results!)

EMPLOYERS:

• Want to connect with youth who are motivated, job-ready, and supported by a case manager

• Looking to give back and create pipelines for new talent

• Will be set up in a horseshoe-style layout with approx. 20 tables available

COMMUNITY MEMBERS & EDUCATORS:

• Want to see career-readiness in action

• Support local talent, empowerment, and foster youth programming

From hot meals to hard hats, Inspire Together supports underserved youth and adults through transitional housing, job readiness, counseling, and their new construction training program, Youth Build. More than a pageant—it’s a movement. Angelic Rainbow empowers youth through self-esteem building, creative arts, and emotional growth. Their Rainbow Universe Pageants (RUPYS) offer youth aged 13–24 the chance to win scholarships, gain career prep, and grow into confident, bold leaders. From crowns to job coaching, they’re all about nurturing inner beauty and future success.
